Combo - Heal, Feel, Know

Service Description

Aim: To gain an intimate awareness and sense of healing through first hand experience with high vibrational energy. Description: A Guided Inner Meditation AND a Personal Reading are combined so that messages are more thoroughly understood. When doing personal work with Spirit sometimes messages and insight can seem muddy. This is totally normal and very common! This combo offers a way for you to get your messages directly with added support and secondary info from a non-biased source (me). * It is not necessary to be experience with meditation or spirit communication. I will connect with Spirit to guide you to a relaxed state, through your subconscious, to Spirit, and then back to your body in a peaceful and comfortable way. Through this process you will interact with high vibrational energy directly, and receive your own personal knowing, feeling, and/or healing directly. After the meditation we will analyze what you experienced and make sense of anything that you wish to clarify. From there I will convey any remaining messages from Spirit. Prior to the session: * Ensure that your space is calm, quiet, free of distractions, and includes a comfortable sitting area (chair, floor, etc.). * A comfortable spot to sit upright is recommended as we intend to move with the energy that comes (rather than fall asleep). * Optional: Helpful items include cleansing tools (like sage), crystals that speak to you, dim lighting, and/or nature sounds at a low volume. Other: * Come with any curiosities at all! *Spirit often has plans that we can not anticipate so please come with an open mind and open heart. * Sessions are specific to each individual. * Nothing in this session is to stand for or replace medical advice.
